My daughter is six weeks old today. She has really bad colic spells every night anywhere from 8 pm - 2 am. I have tried gripe water and white noise and swaddling and even got a swing. Is there anything I can do to calm her? Or do I just have to let her cry it out? Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hang in there mama, I know how hard it can be. I'm going through the same thing as you ( my son is just over three months), although I haven't found a cure there is definitely things that help. You mentioned you swaddled & do white noise? What is your formula of white noise & how are you swaddling ? Try swaddling tightly with arms down the side, hold her closely to you and rock/bounce. Turn on the bath tub faucet & sit in there until she calms down, the vacuum & blow dryer work too. You just have to find what works for her, also after you have calmed her turn a radio on a station with static & turn it up as loud as the shower - put it next to her swing & put the swing on the highest speed. This should keep her content & help her sleep, let me know if this does not work.

Everything you're doing is great! As hayley says it's really what works specifically for her - my baby was always happy with super loud white noise, whcih i gradually reduced as she calmed down and then fell asleep.
Sometimes - especially early on you kind of have to do the lot all at once. So, vigorous movement (but not dangerous obviously) while swaddled with loud white noise and perhaps even a pacifier. Throw everything you've got at it and she will calm down - it's bloody hard but it'll get better and better each day

You're doing great! Just hang in there! We used the vacuum cleaner for our son when he cried and screamed up until he was 4 months old. Worked like a charm. Hang in there! It gets better!
