Swaddling- this only helped sometimes, but he slept much better swaddled. Comfort nursing- this was often the only thing that would calm Levi down! Going outside-sometimes he just needed a change of scenery White noise-the exhaust fan in our kitchen worked wonders! It will still calm him down sometimes Walking around with him Jiggling him so that his head kinda bobbled-this was one of the only ways we could get him to sleep for a long time (besides nursing) and it was soo exhausting, especially as he got bigger. But I think it worked my arms and shoulders out! Several other things would work, but only temporarily! I guess he became wise to our attempts to quiet him!

I don't have that many things that worked for us. Garren has been on meds for months...Prevacid for reflux, Levsin for gas and most recently Reglan for the spitting up way after a bottle. Gripe water did seem to make a little difference for us also (Baby's bliss brand). I found that moving constantly (walking, dancing, bouncing etc) also helped. Garren never like being swaddled. We also tried many formulas and ended up on Good start soy.

Well we became pros at testing out every thing possible with Livvy. 1. Swaddle her as tight as possible 2. fleece blankets she loves her fussies 3. every possible style of paci and finally the straight nipple with the bulb on the end worked. Tamara knows which one because Brookie uses it also. 4. Colic calm actually did help us at times 5. darkness and complete quiet besides her noise 6. driving at least 35 at all times 7. the swing ( this worked for daddy) 8. vibrating chairs are a god sent we would swaddle her with the blanket high enough that it held her paci in her mouth stick her in her chair and then put a blanket over the canopy she she wasn't getting any stimulation and she would usually fall right to sleep. 9. really warm bottles 10. she ate rice cereal at 2 months very runny of curse so it didn't choke her but it seemed to make her happy.
