I hear you,Tamara. (But gotta say -- I've seen your pics and you look great and don't need to lose weight!) I'm still a few pounds over my pre-pregnancy weight but need major toning. 9 months of no sit-ups is not a good thing. I gained 45 lbs while pregnant but lost most of it quickly because so much was water weight from the crazy swelling I had. The last 10 or so I needed to start exercising more. I try to run a couple times a week and walk the other days (with stroller, of course!) I also do toning here and there when I remember and have a few minutes. I eat pretty healthy meals but LOVE dessert and sweets. That's probably the problem. How did you gain so little during your pregnancies!?

I was REALLY sick with Brooklyn. Like....ended up in the ER numerous times being so dehydrated from throwing up so much. So the first few months, i lost weight....until the morning sickness went away. With Mya...i just COULDNT gain weight. I eat really healthy though..... Brooklyn i gained a little more, but i was walking 2-4 miles a day...until the day before i was induced. I tried to make the little stinker come sooner than my induction date...but she wouldnt budge

Well, I'm still a fatty and nothing I do is fixing it so I guess I'm stuck with Abby's weight until it decides to go away...

I tried to make the little stinker come sooner than my induction date...but she wouldnt budge I did the same, but I think it worked! I was scheduled to be induced Tuesday, 6/26 because I had borderline pre-eclampsia. I was so miserable the last couple weeks that I did almost everything I could (as long as it was reasonable) to try to get him to come sooner. I remember walking on Saturday night listening to "The Final Countdown," thinking that he BETTER come soon. Then around midnight I started having contractions, then my water broke around 8am and he was out by 1pm that day (6/24).

Lucky!!!! I drank red rasberry leaf tea.....TONS of it. I walked MILES.....i did everything...... She still didnt come. I was induced a few days before my due date. Both girls, they had to give me pitocin. I had contractions both times, but they just wouldnt do anything. I wouldnt dilate either time. Mya they didnt induce me, they just stripped my membranes. Which i guess is sort of inducing. Brooklyn, they full on hooked me up to a fast drip of pitocin at 8am, i had her at noon.

You know whats funny, they should give you a gym membership when you have a baby... esp. a colicky one. I was 10 lbs lighter than my preprego weight 6 weeks after P was born, however the row of cookies I would eat a day have helped me gain it all back. I just wish it would redistribute... not to my butt but away from the yuchie baby tummy

NO KIDDING!!! I think I've gained 5 lbs since having her. Just from stress, and FINALLY getting a moment to myself...i would sit and eat and watch tv or something...because i finally had PEACE after i got Brooklyn to sleep, and Mya to sleep..... My butt is fine....but my hips are wider, and i have the little pooch on my tummy. Its so weird how weight redistributes on your body after a baby...and after ANOTHER baby. My obgyn told me that your hips even change. Mine totally have....my hips are wider, and tilt differently.

I was almost down to my pre pregnancy weight but have now gained 10 pounds! Jenn, my husband was singing "The Final Countdown" right as we went to the hospital! That's hilarious.

I hear yah on the weight thing. I only need to lose 4 pounds to be at my prepregnancy weight but I am no were near fitting into my old clothes. It's crazy! My hips got so wide with her , i think thats were i gained all of my weight. Oh well, I was a little too thin before anyway. Everyone comments on how healthy I look now, no more skin and bones. Still, it's hard to get use to looking different that you use to, good or bad. And it sucks to have to get all new clothes when your are broke! Hello consignment stores!

You girls make me sick....let's don't even talk about weight! Because of the Gestational diabetes I had, I only gained 3 lbs...yep 3 lbs, with Garren and after having him was 25 lbs less than pre-pregnancy....unfortunately I was overweight when I got pregnant, so 25 lbs less was nice. I have since gained about 10 back and am struggling to get back to eating like I have gestational diabetes. I think that is what kept me from gaining the weight. I need to eat like I have it and maybe the weight would fall off. Oh well!!!!! Audrey
